Complaint Against Google My Business 

I am very disappointed with (Google My Business) service. It has no proper machenism to solve the customers problem.

I started my (Google My Business) profile promotion on 28/10/22 and followed all promotion's setup steps but my bank account had no funds that time. After 5 minutes I added funds into my account & transferred to (Google My Business) account to promote my business at local search. After that my (Google My Business) account showing inactive ads status. Many times I approached the support.google.com help center but no one is there to resolve my problem and not to refund my money. When I talked to the (Google My Business) team they say that 

they can only help in setting up the business profile not in the ads section you call the Google ads team and when I talk to google ads team they say that they can only help on the website promotion.

No one giveing me proper solution. At last I am trying to contact you for this complaint please do something. I am very disappointed with google. Please do something.
